Honda Malaysia opened another 3S Centre in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, offering sales, services, and spare parts to support the increasing Honda customer base. Operated by MJN Motors Sdn Bhd, the new Honda 3S Centre will improve convenience for customers in the city and nearby areas, in particular, Cheras, Kajang and Seri Kembangan.
Honda Malaysia’s Managing Director & CEO, Toichi Ishiyama said: As we continue to emphasise customer satisfaction, the role that our dealers play is very important. Honda Malaysia is confident that all the efforts can be accomplished with the strong support of dealers such as MJN Motors which will provide greater convenience to our increasing customer base, towards attaining better customer satisfaction.
MJN Motors invested a total of RM6 million into the 11,000-square foot facility that offers the latest facilities and equipment in compliance with Honda standards. The new service centre has a total of 12 bays, 7 service bays, 3 for general repairs and 2 for tyre service. The service centre can handle up to 30 vehicles a day.
With customer comfort in mind, there are two lounges designed with amenities as well as a Kids Corner, a cafe counter, and a surau. Additional services such as renewal of road tax and insurance are also available and when required, a courtesy car will also be provided to customers. Needless to say, as with every Honda showroom, test-drives of various models are readily available.
According to Mr. Ishiyama, in line with the increased sales, the total after-sales service intakes in the first half of 2018 have risen close to 612,000 units or an increase of 11% over the same period last year. Aiming to improve its customer satisfaction, the company continuously works closely with its authorised dealers to provide better after-sales service, on top of offering high-quality products to customers.
